Unfortunately, I discovered the true essence of gratitude, later in my 20s. I used to think, ‘What should I be grateful for in life when my dreams are unfulfilled? ‘

But you know what? When I started practising gratitude every day, I suddenly recognised that abundance flowed into my life. There’s so much in this nature to be thankful for. It’s just that we need to open our eyes.
